Money - If you book your pool sometime before your hire date and feel you cannot afford to pay for it all in advance, please call us. We are happy to take just a deposit on booking over the telephone and the balance one week before shipping it to you. Bookings via the website will take the full payment on booking.

It has a 3 inch (8cm) rounded rim, which is great for both holding on to and sitting. You can "make a seat" if you wish by adding a beanbag or folded quilt between the liners and the panels of the pool. Built for one but enough room for two, just less room for movement. Weight when filled 775kg when full plus mother etc, holds 750 litres when full, size: 58"/146cm long corner to corner, 50"/126cm wide corner to corner, 28"/70cm tall.
* Please note- we also need to hold a £100 security deposit for this hire, when booking. You can pay this by cheque or credit/debit card. The deposit is refunded to you when your pool is received back in good condition. You will lose your deposit if you cancel, as we may have lost bookings while the pool was booked out to you.

Your pool comes with everything you will need to fill, use and empty it:-

Ground Mat (for protecting the liners from the floor and cushioning)
2x Liners (2 for safety and hygiene reasons)
A Filling Hose (10m)
Sieve
2x Tap adapters (universal fitting*)
A Thermometer
A Heat Cover (useful for keeping heat in and the condensation down)
An Emptying pump and emptying hose (10m)
Folder with very easy to follow instructions.
Return packing, box, Label and sealing tape.
* We send the most universal tap adapters we can find. Should these not fit your chosen tap, we suggest trying your local DIY store for others. The hose we send is a standard diameter size hose so additional adapters should fit it easily.
When booking a birthing pool or stool we will contact you within 24 hours of your booking via telephone or email to confirm the order details. Delivery can be between 8am and 6pm (we subsidise the delivery cost as it does cost more). The delivery date can be changed to suit you. Please allow to be in all day, up until 6pm, even though they may deliver earlier - think of it as an excuse to stay at home and put your feet up!
Extra items to hire/buy which are recommended for use with this pool are;
Birthing Mat hire, great for 3rd stage (placenta) if you wish to get out of the pool, also for kneeling on around the home.
Birthing Ball and pump hire, good for early and late stages of labour, also for your partner to sit on whilst supporting you outside the pool.
Lilac Floor sheet (buy) to protect your floor from splashes, special slip-Resistant coating.
TENS Machine hire, for relief during first stages of labour - cannot be used in the pool.
